How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

  • Klarna & Clearpay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see tracking updates in your email.

Refund & Returns

Refund policy

All Collab sales are final. No refunds or returns.

Please make sure product sizing, shipping address, and billing address are all correct, if your items are returned because of an invalid address you will need to pay to have it reshipped. Due to limited product, all sales are final for all merchandise

No exchanges unless the item is in damaged condition or faulted. If damaged or faulted a new one will be sent out to the customer once a tracking number is provided on the return item. Please let me know as soon as the item arrives.

Shipping for any items to be exchanged or redelivered is to be paid for by the customer.

If there is an issue with your order please contact me by email. If the issue is on our end, shipping and redelivery fees will be provided by us.

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any return reason you may have in the most efficient and timely way possible.
Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since the day you received your order, a refund or exchange will no longer be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging with labels attached and in a suitable condition for UTHORIA PROJECT to resell the product. For example we will not accept returns that: smell of smoke, are contaminated with pet hair or have stains of any sort. Items should be returned unwashed and in the original packaging.

If goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged for any reason, and not due to a manufacturer's fault, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

 

MAILING/DELIVERY

Once an order is shipped out, it is no longer in our hands, meaning we have no power as to what happens to the package. A tracking number is sent by email with delivery updates for all orders.

If there is a problem with your delivery or tracking updates, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

If mail is lost or stolen, it is not in our hands.

All mail to be redelivered will require payment for the shipping label by the customer.

Please read over your shipping information before ordering to make sure you get your package with no errors or return mail.
